Payment
Payment by check or cash is due at time of service.
Cancellation
A 48 hour notice is required to cancel or change appointments, otherwise a $50 charge will be incurred. A written request to waive $50 charge due to emergency circumstances, can be submitted to via the contact page and is evaluated on an individual basis.
