Worry and Fears about Your Health Issues

Is Fear about your Health Condition Overwhelming you?

Of course, no one wants to have a health issue or have to deal with it. The physical suffering is painful, but for some, the emotional worry that comes along with it, can be paralyzing. Some of my patients tell me that no matter how hard they try, some thoughts just come and they cannot get rid of them.

-What if it gets worse?

-What if I’m going to be like this forever?

-Last time I had a health issue was a bad experience and I’m afraid it’s going to turn into that.

-What if no doctor can help me?

-Do these symptoms mean there is something wrong with me?

-I have discomfort here… what if it is this______ condition?

-what if I’m going to get worse?

Do you think these thoughts have a positive or negative impact on your outcome?

Why do we even have these thoughts? Our bodies know something is wrong and is programmed to problem Nervous System Balancing. Energy Work from the Comfort of Your Home solve and to fix. Fear is an instinctual survival mechanism, that works as a warning that something is wrong. Back hundreds of years as hunter gatherers, fear worked to alert us to survive, and run away from danger. Physical movement such as running detoxifies the “fight and flight” hormones such as cortisol.  Therefore, back in the day after people “ran”, their bodies returned back to baseline.

Today we often sit in worry without the need to physically “run”, and so cortisol stays in the system longer, giving a prolonged sense of anxiety or doom. Fear may have been an instinctual way to handle problems as a child or modeled by adults who raised you. We all want to do something to make it better, and there is a false subconscious feeling that if we think about the problem and worry, it will somehow mean you’re keeping tabs on it. And somehow control it. But this is not true.

Fear is a conversation you have with yourself that only gives you distress. Faith liberates and heals.

So how do you get out of anxiety or worry mode?

When you are at peace and relaxed there is less inflammation, your hormones are more balanced, your immune system works more optimally, it is easier to gain muscle mass, your body is more alkaline, and your body has the ability to heal faster. We all want to do something to make it better.

Sometimes not worrying feels like you’re accepting your fate and giving up. That is why it is so hard to let go. When you let go of stress, you are not resigning your goal to get better. But when you let go of stress, you are letting go of emotions that make you sick. This is what you can do. Think thoughts that make you well. It is doing something good.

Some patients are aware of everything I just said, but have difficulty controlling their thoughts. The anxiety seems to be a state that the body seems locked in. I can help you re-set your nervous system, and release deep seated emotions from certain organs or areas of the body. Many patients are amazed at the shift they feel after a session. They feel so much lighter, freer, calmer, happier and that what they need to deal with is now manageable and solvable. Worried About Your Health A Lot? 

“I’ve tried everything.” “I just want some results.” “I know healing takes time, but I’ve been dealing with this for years.”

In Japan every kid is taught in school byoukiwakikara which translates to “every disease starts with your emotions.”

I’m not saying it is your fault you are sick. On the flip side, your sickness is also not completely out of your control. The laws of nature (cause and effect) is that negative emotions produce frequencies, congestion, and even biological hormones and molecules that change your physical body in a bad way making it more prone to disease.

So the key to reversing disease is to strategically apply emotions that benefit health. We need to train your thinking to create health promoting emotions and to stop thoughts that are counterproductive. But you say to yourself, “how can I not worry about my health? I will be at peace once these symptoms are gone and my health is better.” It is understandable that your health concerns are scary, worrisome, and weigh on you.

I’ve been on a mission to guide my patients to understand and be willing to take the bold step to do the opposite of what they have been doing. Worrying actually does not make you better, it just gives you the illusion you have some control over what you feel you cannot control, such as your sickness. If you can choose to let the stress, worry, anger, fear, resentment, and disappointment go, you are choosing to put yourself on a “fast track” and “non-impeded” path to healing.

Sometimes it feels like if you stop thinking about your health or stop worrying about it, that you are giving up, being irresponsible, or letting the ball drop. This is not true. Just like you can do

-the action: of washing dishes

-and not think about if the dishes are clean enough for hours after you washed them.

 

You can also take

-the action: of taking supplements, eating well, going to your health appointments

-and not think about or worry your health so frequently.

It is difficult to do this, often because of how our nervous systems are programed and the difficult circumstances you are in. If you are willing, there are therapies I offer that can shift your nervous system to make controlling your emotions easier, so that you can put your physiology in the chemical state that speeds up healing. Pranic Healing also uses specific researched protocols that work on certain chakras, energy centers and organs in certain orders for certain specific health issues.

For example, if we need to work on the immune system, I work on strengthening the bone marrow because it produces the white blood cells. The basic chakra controls the bone marrow and needs to be worked on. The lymphatic system is important to clear out the viruses, bacteria, mold and toxins and is controlled by the throat chakra which we also work on for the immune system.

You may have noticed that if you are more stressed, have a disagreement with someone, overwhelmed or have difficulty saying no, that you are more susceptible to getting sick. How this is connected is because basic chakra is about feeling safe, belonging, OK and calm. The throat chakra is about being understood, heard, able to express yourself, or say no when you need to. This is an example of how the mind and body are related. Healing the parts of the body through Pranic Healing give double benefit because they help with your physical issues with an added benefit of improved emotional life.

What health functions does the Basic Chakra Control?

Wishing you health, abundance, peace, and a thriving life this new year. If you feel like you can’t have all of these, or not sure how you can, let’s change that this new year. You see, good health is not just being physically healthy it also includes your emotional and spiritual health.

 There are generally three large categories of life:

  1. Health
  2. Money
  3. Relationships

If you can improve one of these usually the others also start to improve. I believe that the first aspect to improve on is health. Once you have health it is much more efficient to make more money and a lot less effort to improve relationships. My patients who are willing to invest in both their physical Health and energetic health improve exponentially quicker than those who only focus on the physical. How would you like to get out of survival mode this new year and thrive in all 3 aspects of your life?

There's a technique I use with patients that can help release negative energetic frequencies. This literally "unstucks" blocks to healing. It's called pranic healing and can be done over the phone. If your body has been very depleted this technique adds energy to your body so it can heal faster (like recharging your batteries for you). Patients with long term traumas, anxiety, depression, migraines, hypertension, infections, frequent illness, and physical pain have had an incredible success what Pranic Healing. Why?

What does immune imbalance, feeling like you don’t have enough, low sex drive, and pain have to do with each other? They are all controlled by a center in your body called the basic chakra. Today I'll share with you some information about the basic/root/or first chakra. If you have not heard about what a chakra is before, a chakra is an area of concentrated energy that corresponds to particular aspects and part of your physical body. If you like science, you can measure the size and electromagnetic frequency of a chakra through Kirlian photography.

The basic chakra is located near your tail bone and base of the spine. It controls and maintains the health of the following body systems:

1. The muscular and skeletal systems. If the basic chakra is out of balance, muscular tension, joint pain can occur.

2. Immune System. Since the basic chakra controls the skeletal system, the bone marrow controls the immune cells in the blood made by the bone marrow. The throat chakra also controls the immune system and is responsible for the lymphatic system. Allergies, auto-immune diseases, infections, and frequent illness are associated with basic chakra imbalance.

3. The spine. Weak basic chakra may increase tendencies osteoporosis, spinal compression or curvature etc.

4. Blood. The bone marrow makes blood. The basic chakra out of balance may worsen anemia, leukemias, cancer etc.

4 The adrenal glands. If the energy in the basic chakra is low, an individual will feel fatigued, low motivation, or even depressed. Patients with suicidal tendencies have extremely low energy in the basic chakra, they have a very low will to survive. If overactive, a patient may feel anxiety, insomnia, in survival mode, and in fight and flight response. Feelings of lack can be shifted by improving the health of the basic chakra.

5. Growth rate of cells and healing. Slow healing wounds, slow healing broken bones, growth problems, cancer, and slow healing from illnesses may be contributed by imbalance in the basic chakra.

6 The heart. Imbalance here can contribute to heart ailments.

7 Reproductive Organs. Low sex drive, pelvic infections, HPV, fertility issues, and miscarriage may benefit by balancing the basic chakra.

With any medical issue it is important to seek the attention of a qualified medical practitioner. In addition to what your doctor recommends, natural therapies such as supplements, herbs, homeopathics, foods, and attention to lifestyle add so much to the success of healing. Then addressing the energetic aspect is like the “secret sauce” I’ve found in my practice that exponentially improves the speed of healing. 

You might be thinking to yourself, "this sounds wierd! Why would it be something that would help me?". Both biology and physics are types of sciences. In our western thinking we go to biology in medicine. We think about what pills we can take to change our biochemistry right?

But our bodies are electric also. For example, we use EKG to measure the electric activity of the heart, the EEG to measure the electric activity of the brain. Your cells communicate by exchanging Na+, K+, Cl- creating an electric gradient. Pranic healing and energetic healing falls into the physics aspect of science and healing and may be the missing aspect to getting your body back to where it needs to be. One patient with anxiety felt an incredible shift and didn't feel anxiety after the first session for a whole couple weeks. Another patient with chronic debilitating migraines that occured 4-8 times a month has been migraine free for over half a year now with a few sessions.

How to Stop Negative Thoughts from Racing in your Mind - Overcoming Depression

According to the National Institute of Health, 17.3 million adults, 7.1% have experienced a major depressive episode in the past year. 5% of adults experience seasonal depression. 1 out of 6 adults have taken an anti-depressant in the past month. In the past 15 years, there has been a 65% increase in antidepressant use. Is our society getting more depressed and unable to deal with the pressures, stresses, and people in their lives? I’ve seen in my practice that a sense of being stuck or too fatigued to deal with life’s challenges can results in depression. It is reported that over 50% of patients who are diagnosed with depression also have anxiety.

What Causes Depression?

-Low levels of serotonin or dopamine

-Elevated or depleted stress hormones such as cortisol, norepinephrine, epinephrine

-High carbohydrate and high sugar diet

-Lack of physical activity

-Chronic inflammation

-Imbalance in sex hormones such as estrogen, progesterone and testosterone

-Life stress, Type A personality, perfectionism

-Subconscious negative belief systems

-Depleted energy levels in the body, adrenal fatigue.

-Low Qi levels, Liver qi stagnation

-Depleted basic, navel, solar plexus and spleen chakras

-Inability to assimilate and store energy in body

-Weak boundaries, and energetically melding with other people’s problems

Thoughts in Getting to the Bottom of Depression

Taking an anti-depressant is only as good as the placebo effect according to studies. This is approximately 33% improvement. The only problem is that the anti-depressants initially will dull the sensations of sadness or negative feelings that are present making the patient temporarily feeling better. However these medications also decrease happiness, motivation, creativity and other positive emotions. So patients taking these drugs often feel flat. They don’t feel as sad, and they don’t feel happy. This is why some psychotropic drugs are linked to increased suicidal ideation.

To get to the bottom of depression, we do need to correct some chemical imbalances in the body such as hormones, neurotransmitters and dietary nutrients so that the body can make the brain chemicals that contribute to positive emotions and balanced emotional regulation. We also need to work on the thoughts that seem to automatically swirl around the brain. These thoughts include imagination of the worst-case scenarios, sense of impending doom, and those of self-doubt.

Counseling and psychotherapy are helpful in bringing awareness to one’s thought life. But many patients are unable to implement the affirmations, and positive thoughts they are taught to think in their counseling sessions. This can lead to discouragement because negative thoughts just seem to automatically appear and it feels almost impossible to stop the anxious and depressing thoughts. Photo Credit Gareth Williams

What Works Better?

I’ve been blessed to come across some highly effective therapies over the years that have been life changing in so many patients’ moods. I utilized a couple techniques best done when the patient and I are on the phone or video conferencing called Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) and Pranic Healing. Distance does not matter when dealing with these types of healing frequencies. In short these techniques help remove the negative (depressive) information stored in the body and mind. It is like an extraction technique. After giving the body a clean slate, it easier to insert new positive thought patterns.  I also work to energize the patient’s electrical field, because most depressed individuals have a very low energy frequency, and this energizing is very helpful in lifting the frequency of moods. They have measured frequencies of emotions. For example Apathy/Hopelessness logs in at 70. Fear/Anxiety logs in at 100. Optimism/Hope logs in at 310. Love logs in at 500. Higher and healthier emotions have higher vibrational frequencies which is the reason for the effectiveness with energizing techniques.

A study published in the Australasian Psychiatry Journal in 2018 Amelioration of mild and moderate depression through Pranic Healing as adjuvant therapy: randomized double-blind controlled trial, shows amazing results using Pranic Healing, a technique I use with my patients. In the study, one group of patients were given Pranic Healing for 20 minutes once per week for 4 weeks, the other group was given a mock/fake treatment for the same duration of time. Using the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale HAM-D as assessment tool, 69% of the mock group improved, and 100% of the Pranic Healing group improved.

I do believe that utilizing physics methods of therapy such as Pranic Healing increases the effectiveness in treating depression dramatically because we are both biological and electric beings. When we influence the electric memory and signally systems, the burden on the patient to “try” so hard to change their thoughts is significantly minimized. They feel lighter, see the world more hopefully, feel more ease associated with daily tasks because proper electric wiring is restored and takes a lot less burden for the system to operate.

How to Energize Yourself

Need more Energy?

Most everyone could use more energy. Are you pushing yourself but feel like you are running on empty? Do you experience an afternoon lull? Do you wish you had more energy to be with loved ones after work?


I had a patient with fatigue but didn't want more supplements. For them supplements didn't quite cut it. In my years of practice I have found that quality of supplements do matter, but it's true that supplements alone may not fix an issue satisfactorily. 

I've been blessed to see patients all over the world. With this patient we had 2 virtual healing sessions over the phone and there was a huge shift and increase in energy and positive mood. I was even surprised! It was as if  something lifted and the increase in energy stayed!

On a tangent, I'm just too excited about these healing sessions. A patient came to me yesterday with blood pressure 145/100 for weeks. We did 1 virtual healing session and the blood pressure dropped 40 points. Patients with fatigue, stomach issues, anxiety, depression, vertigo, headaches, back pain, infections, and many strange conditions have improved so quickly. 

You see, infections, illnesses, negative thoughts, traumas, toxic people around you are all seen as information to the body and they are often stored as "imprints" in parts of our body's that are weaker and more susceptible. These negative information clouds the purity and functionality of our cells like "dust on glass". Some people are naturally better at letting go of these than others. 


Anyone can learn a few simple techniques to help. Here's an Excercise you can practice to help increase your energy levels. Just like you eat and absorb nutrients from food, did you know you can also take in energy from the environment and let it recharge you? We all do this automatically to some extent, but you can train yourself to utilize it better. 

Studies show there is more energy or (prana) in fruits and vegetables compared to processed foods. Scientifically prana or life force energy is described as a displaced electron. A negative ion. They have measured higher numbers of negative ions in nature, such as the beach water or the woods, and less number of negative ions in polluted cities. "Then the LORD God formed man of dust from the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being." Gen 2:7. The breath of life is sometimes also refered to as prana, which gives us life energy. This life energy is not just the opposite of feeling fatigued, but also supports feeling alive as a human being!

Here's what you can do to increase your energy. 

1. Sit down and imagine white light shining down to the crown of your head (top of head). This white light is energizing, healing and cleansing.

2. As you breathe deeply, receive the white light into your body and let it fill you from head to toe.The white light contains energy to revitalize and energize you. It also cleanses out any negative energy.

3. Once you feel the white light filling every cell of your body, EXHALE deeply to push out and extend the light rays to surround your entire body 2-3 feet around you. This protective light shield around your body can protect you from external negativity coming at you and repel it so you don't get drained by it. 

Do this exercise at least once per day or more. I encourage you to practice this for 5-10 minutes every day, perhaps after work to clear yourself. If you do this for even 7 days straight, it is very likely you will feel a good change.
